Well, that’s exactly what this week’s guest, Christian Osgood, did. Christian is a full-time real estate investor, owner of Kensho Property Management, which manages over 300 units in Washington State, and owner of Multifamilystrategy.com, a leading real estate education platform.
He started his investing career by purchasing two duplexes. Still, it was only after he set clear goals to retire his wife, create a family, and relocate to Texas that his business took off.
Within three years, he grew his portfolio to over 200 rental units through creative financing, particularly seller financing, which allowed him to acquire properties with minimal upfront capital.
