I am a Chicago native with over 15 years of experience in justice-driven arts and community-engaged work that explores and expands racial, gender, and wellness equity. I seek to engage communities through imagination, strategic visioning, and abolitionist cultural praxes. I currently work as Senior Engagement Fellow at the Terra Foundation and am contracted to facilitate transformative spaces within radical political and cultural movement organizations in Chicago and beyond. My biological and chosen tribe are most precious to me. In addition, Kamari, my young child and all my “nibblings” (a gender inclusive term for nieces and nephews) are a constant source of humility, inspiration, and laughter.
