IPR Fam we're officially in season six! Sending love, gratitude and appreciation to everyone who's listened and continues to support the IPR movement around the world. This year, in ode to seven years making November 2023, this season will be focusing on the power of the seven chakras by affirming manifestations within ourselves as we navigate through our journeys as creative entrepreneurs. For the last episode of March, we will be wrapping up the Root Chakra, and the affirmation statement: I AM Grounded & Connected. We’ll be getting more into Chicago’s gentrification of nutrition, basketball and how it applies to our body’s health, the impact of being a youth coach in Chicago, the significance of being in sync with your body, plus more.
