Heidi is an associate professor in the Department of Communication at Boise State University where she specializes in the study of gendered behavior and identity, theories of commitment, as well as friendships between men and women. You will find that Heidi connects all of these topics together from a social-psychological perspective to better understand commitment as an aspect of psychological attachment. Heidi has a lot to offer here as we think through commitment in relation to our goal pusuits.
