During my previous podcasts, I have spent a lot of time, talking about corrupt police investigations and or lackadaisical police work. Recently, I have been working on cases, where my client’s attorneys were later convicted of a crime and in some cases were under investigation or on disciplinary review during their trials. A dishonest attorney is only setting the client up to have to file a post-conviction relief act, claiming ineffectiveness of counsel. On this episode we discuss several different things attorneys have been accused of and some recent headlines including arrests and convictions of attorneys.
