Born in Puglia and now based in Cardiff, Robert combines southern Italian passion with British entrepreneurial spirit. A certified Italian Wine Ambassador and WSET Level 3 graduate, he has extensive experience in the sector including time with the award winning Australian winery Jim Barry Wines.
Over the past ten years he has focused on promoting Italian wines with his company WinesnVines, building bridges between producers and consumers, and expanding awareness of Italy’s diverse wine scene. Energetic and curious, Robert is always on the lookout for the next great discovery – and eager to share it with others.

Nicola Biasi is an award-winning Italian oenologist and a leading voice in sustainable viticulture. Born in Friuli Venezia Giulia, he gained experience at top wineries in Italy, Australia, and South Africa before working nearly a decade in Tuscany with estates like Marchesi Mazzei and Poggio al Tesoro.
In 2020, he launched Nicola Biasi Consulting, advising wineries across Italy, and founded Resistenti Nicola Biasi, a network focused on producing high-quality wines with PIWI grape varieties. Nicola has received major honors, including Best Young Oenologist (Vinoway 2021), Cult Oenologist (Merano), and Winemaker of the Year (Food & Travel Italia 2022). His wine, Vin de la Neu, is widely recognized as one of Italy’s top whites.
