the author of more than thirty books.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Jim Paris, everybody, Welcome to the broadcast. Great to have
you with us. I have to tell you I'm so sorry.
I want to start just by apologizing that I'm trying
to keep to a schedule to do this podcast like
once a week and it is just not working out.
And part of it is that I am doing TikTok

(01:18):
now and other things and just keeping it all going.
But I've got so many people now that listen this
is like their main connection to me, So I promise
I'm going to try to do better. But it is
good to be back, and I've got a whole stack
of stuff here to get into. Man, has it been
a crazy ride like since our last episode, the Trump

(01:38):
assassination attempt, Biden has dropped out. Just all kinds of
stuff is going on, So I want to get right
into the news. So just before turning on the microphone here,
I just got a news story from Fox News. This
is from Brett Bear and it's interesting because I think
this is absolutely true, and I want to talk a
little bit about Biden on this and also then I'm

(02:00):
going to segue this into RFK Junior. So there is
a story circulating. It's a rumor right now, but it's
probably true. And the rumor is that, let's just say
that the puppet masters behind the scenes, Obama, Pelosi, those
kind of people basically came to Biden and when he
finally just said I'm not going to drop out, that's it,

(02:23):
go pound sand, they threatened to expose some things about him.
And I believe it. I believe it's absolutely true. I
think this is largely how Washington operates. I have said
this for a long time, that they all have dirt
on each other, and none of us lives a perfect life, Okay,

(02:45):
but I believe that in Washington, d C. There's some
really really dark things going on. And I'm not going
to go Alex Jones on you here now, but I
really think that there's some very very dark things that
go on in Washing to d C among our elected officials,
and I think they have dirt on each other, which

(03:06):
is why we rarely really get the truth about anything,
and everybody tends to cooperate, and it's almost like we
have one party, not two parties. It's almost like the
fake wrestling where they pretend to be adversaries, but then
they're out at night together at the bar drinking. I
think it is one party, and I think it's largely

(03:27):
because they all have dirt on each other. And I
think this is one of the reasons why they don't
want Trump back in the White House, because Trump is
not part of the club. And by Trump being in
the White House, he knows everybody, he can learn about
everybody's dirt, and he can expose people. He didn't do
that his first term, which I was really disappointed, because

(03:50):
Trump came in as an outsider and right away filled
up his cabinet with all insiders, and then those same
insiders would would serve for a period of time, they
would leave, they would go out and stab him in
the back and I'm talking figuratively as in Shakespeare. And
you know, I think he learned his lesson. I think

(04:11):
they're really afraid about what Trump could do in a
second term now in the same way that Okay, there's
dirt on Biden, So Biden, you're not going to leave
the race. We're going to expose you. And I think
the Biden family has corruption that goes back for years.
It involves him, it involves his family members, and just
weird stuff. If you do any reading about Biden and

(04:33):
his finances, there was a story that came out not
too long ago that Biden has refinanced like the three
or four properties he owns, something like seventeen times in
the last two or three years. And there would be
no reason to do that because rates are going up.
You don't refinance when rates are going up. And there's

(04:55):
an idea or a strategy in money laundering called mortgage cycle,
and a lot of people think that that is what
is going on, but it just makes no sense. If
you were to just, for example, look at someone's net
worth when they go into public office and then look
at what it is years later and try to make

(05:16):
the math work. You know, how did this person who
had very little money, how are they now a multi
multi millionaire. They didn't get there from their congressional salary.
It's just it didn't happen that way. Their wife is
on a board of directors making millions, or their brother
or their son, and there's money from China going to

(05:37):
the Sun's all. It's all incestuous, it really is. And
now let's talk about RFK and what's going on. So
the conventional thinking about RFK is that he's not going
to win. Obviously nobody thinks he's going to win, but
the thought is that he could take enough away from

(05:58):
Kamala Harris to tip the election to Trump. So they
want to get him out. And how are they going
to do this. They're actually going back, I believe the
article I read to some scandal from twelve years ago
involving him and someone that was working in his house,

(06:19):
a house employee of his home, a maid or someone
like this. They're they're going to release all this and
it's the liberals that are gonna do it. So we
got all the regulars, you know, the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos.
They're getting ready to take down JFK Jr. Because he's
gonna take away more from Kamela than he would from Trump.

(06:41):
So that's gonna happen. So this whole idea of these
the blackmail and the secrets that are stored on everybody.
It's not like the media is just finding out about
this stuff about RFK RFK Junior. I mean, these are
things There have been rumors of this for years and years,
and they could have found out about it, and they

(07:03):
probably did, you know, know all the details. They could
have reported this years ago, but they didn't. Why because
we keep all of each other's secrets, and only if
you don't do what we say, do we expose your
secrets and take you down. So I have no doubt
that this information that they had that they have on
RFK Junior, they've had it for years and now it's

(07:24):
the liberal media that's going to take down RFK Junior,
just like it would have been the liberal media that
would have taken down Joe Biden had he not ultimately
agreed to step down. So no doubt that is what's
going on now. The Olympics. Okay, so the latest on
the Olympics scandal, which is that they portrayed the Last

(07:47):
Supper with Jesus Christ and his disciples. They portrayed that
with a bunch of transgenders, transvestites, and including one guy
that was basically a naked, blue colored Smurf character. It
was just the whole thing was beyond bizarre, and so

(08:08):
there's been such a backlash about it. A lot of
people are saying that's it, They're not going to watch
the Olympics, and I've gone to social media and talked
about this. This is really hard for me because I
love the Olympics, especially the taekwondo competition, which I'll probably
still watch, and I love supporting our athletes. I think
this is one of the kind of last virtuous things

(08:30):
we have in our society. You know that young people
can work hard and grow up and aspire to go
to the Olympics and maybe win a medal. I think
it's a wonderful thing. It's a patriotic thing, and it's
such a shame that the country of France had to
do what they did, and so they're sorry, but they
want us to know that this wasn't a depiction of

(08:52):
the Last Supper with Jesus and his disciples. That we're
confused that this is really a depiction of a Greek
because the Olympics, of course are originally you know, the
first Olympics was in Greece, and so the Greek theme
is what they were going with. I'm not buying it.
But even if you did give them the benefit of

(09:13):
the doubt on that, the fact is that we still
had all of these transvestite characters and all of this
raunchy dark stuff. Marie Anchoinette beheaded. Why do we see
this at the opening of the Olympics. How is this
in any way going to further the message and the

(09:36):
spirit of the Olympics what they showed us. It's all
this woke, progressive crap. That's what it all is. And
it's gotten into the Olympics like it's gotten into everything else.
And as I said on social media, I don't know,
you know, was there a meeting somewhere where a bunch
of people got together and said, hey, let's do a

(09:58):
depiction of the Last Supper with transvestites. This is a
good way for us to open the Olympics. It's just horrible.
There's no words, and so a lot of people have
said said, look, I don't want to do it, but
I'm going to boycott the Olympics, like they're throwing the
baby out with the bathwater kind of a situation. I

(10:19):
don't blame people, you know, and I feel that way
largely myself, although I think it might be more fair
to maybe look at supporting our athletes. Maybe try to
bifurkate your feelings about France and what they did and
like separate that from supporting our athletes, if you're able

(10:41):
to do that. But yeah, just crazy stuff going on.
So much to get into on this episode. All right,
Before we get into more news, I want to just
digress a little bit and tell you about something new
that I'm doing. And depending on when you're listening to
this on Wednesday, which is July thirty first, at eight pm,

(11:04):
and if you want the link to this, you can
go to my Facebook timeline and you'll see it. I'm
going to be launching a brand new online course and
I'm going to be sharing something that I've been doing
which is really interesting, something I just really stumbled into
about two months ago. As a lot of you know,
I work as a real estate agent and a mortgage broker.

(11:26):
That's kind of my bread and butter where I make
my money. And then I still do the writing and
the podcasting and the you know, online stuff and the
radio appearances. But I have, you know, I've always had
like a main thing, whether it was financial planning, you know,
as my main kind of source of income. Never tried

(11:46):
to live off of book writing or those kind of
things some people do and they're great at that. I
have never tried to do that. I've always had kind
of a white collar type of professional, you know, business
that I am involved in. And so right now it's
mortgages in real estate, and things got a little bit slow,
I'll be honest with you. Things got slow, and I

(12:08):
started looking at, you know, what can I do that's
within my niche real estate mortgages to make some side
money because now that I'm single, I don't really have
a lot of overhead. I live in a really inexpensive place,
and so I don't spend a lot of money, so
I don't need a lot of money. So what kind
of side gig could I find that could produce some

(12:29):
extra money maybe when I have a slow month or two.
So I ran into this opportunity of taking pictures for banks,
mortgage companies and property managers, and I got involved with
got signed up with one company to do this. They
gave me no work. It was kind of a disappointment.

(12:50):
I thought, well, this is no good. Well then I
started researching it and found out that there's like quite
a few companies that do the same thing, and I
actually got signed up with some of these other companies
and started making money. I'm telling you, like one day,
I went out for two hours and I made two
hundred and fifty dollars And they pay you immediately, so

(13:12):
after you take the pictures, which you just use your
phone to take the pictures, the money gets deposited into
your bank account the next day or into your PayPal.
And I mean you can make you know, I'm telling
people like thirty to sixty dollars an hour, but really
you can make more than that. And so what exactly

(13:36):
is it? So why are they having you take pictures?
So I'll give you just some different scenarios where I've
done it. So I did. I've done a lot of
them where someone's refinancing their house so they're getting like
an equity line and the lender doesn't need to do
a whole new appraisal, but they just want someone to
go out and take like five or six pictures. So
you stand on the street in front of the house,

(13:56):
you take a picture to the left, a picture to
the right, and then a picture dead center. Then you
turn around and you take a picture down the street
one direction, a picture down the street the other direction.
Then you open up the questionnaire and you answer seven
or eight questions about the condition of the house in
the neighborhood. Boom, you close it and they send you
twenty bucks. So I've done that. I've also done where

(14:20):
I've been sent out to houses where they're under construction,
whether it's a brand new construction or it's a renovation
like a fix and flip, and they have me go
in and take pictures and send them back into the
company to show them the progress of the project. Because
maybe it's one of these deals where the contractor is

(14:42):
getting paid in draws. So maybe the contractor's asking like
for the third or fourth draw which usually they get
four draws or five draws to do a project, which
means they're getting the money in sort of pieces and
installments as the project progresses. So they call the bank
and say I'm ready for my next payment to start

(15:02):
the next phase, and the bank says great, and then
they send me the assignment to go out and take
pictures to make sure they're happy that the progress is
such that they can release the next installment of money.
So I've done that on new construction, I've done it
on Fix and Flip. I've gone out and taken pictures

(15:23):
for companies that were going to install a fence and
they needed just to see what the pictures were. I've
gone out and taken pictures where a property was vacated
by a renter and they wanted to see the condition
of how the property was left. I've gone out and
taken pictures where a property is cleaned up and ready

(15:45):
for a new tenant, but they want me to take
the pictures to make sure that the people that got
it ready for the new tenant did a good enough
job and that everything is you know, is good on
the inside of the property. So in those cases, I'm
taking outside pictures on a taking inside pictures. So it's
all over the country too, this opportunity. So my new

(16:06):
course is called Reel Picks Real Profits, and it's about
taking pictures of real estate for banks, mortgage companies, and
property managers. So if you want to find out more
about it. It's on my timeline, and the workshop launching
it is tomorrow night if you're listening on Tuesday, which

(16:28):
is this thirty first of July. And boy, the year
is going by fast, right July thirty first at eight pm. Okay,
so much about the Trump assassination attempt that we're continuing
to hear. And I know the news is everywhere about this,
So I don't want to try to be like your
first source of news on this because everybody's talking about it,

(16:50):
but I do want to just weigh in on some
things that I think are weird. So apparently this guy,
this young man, this would be assassin, he showed up
the morning of and was flying a drone. Apparently he's
made I guess it was two or three different drone flights,
just getting the lay of the land. Now, let me

(17:11):
tell you what's weird about that. I'm not a drone pilot,
but I do know drone pilots, And when you go
to launch a drone, there is built into the app
for the drone it will not let you fly it
in no fly zones. And anytime there's a president in

(17:32):
an area, they will make it a no fly zone.
Usually for like maybe even a day or two before
something like that would happen, and this is absolutely the case. Like,
for example, if you were to try to launch a
drone I think it's five miles of an airport, it
won't let you put the drone up in the air.
It's like an FAA kind of a thing that like

(17:55):
a safeguard that's in place. So a lot of people
are asking, well of the questions, and nobody's really got
an answer for it. How was this guy able to
launch a drone in restricted airspace? That's weird, right. We're
also finding out that he had three foreign bank accounts.

(18:16):
Now that is weird. How does a guy what are
He's twenty years old, he's got three foreign bank accounts.
And then there's this whole sort of backstory rumor about
the fact that Iran was planning an attempt on Trump's life.
They never told Trump about it, and now people are

(18:38):
starting to wonder, is there any connection between the Trump
attempt by this young man in Iran? Was there any
connection there? And what about these overseas bank accounts. There
is a news story that came out today that one

(18:58):
of the Secret Service agents that is a sniper apparently
sent out an email to all of his fellow employees
predicting that there was going to be another assassination attempt
before November, and he's upset and feels that five people
in leadership need to go. Only one of them is gone,

(19:19):
the director, Kimberly Cheatle, she's gone, but he's naming four
other people. Now, what's weird about this email that he's
sent out is that apparently it's been deleted from the
servers of the Secret Service. So it's an email that
went out and now it has disappeared, which would be
a security protocol because any of these government agencies, they're

(19:43):
supposed to archive all of those kinds of communications, but
they've deleted this, so this has come out as well.
So just a lot of weird things. And again I
don't want to go Alex Jones on this, but you
get to a point where you start thinking, like, at
what point do we cross the line from like being
negligent in what they were doing there? And maybe do

(20:09):
we dare say it, like maybe we're complicit in their negligence.
I mean there are degrees of negligence, right, and mean
do we go there? And a lot of people are
really starting to wonder if there's something even darker than
just incompetence and negligence. Well, mortgage rates continue to drop.

(20:32):
Another day of mortgage rates dropping. We have rates right
now that are as good as we had back maybe
in March. I'm starting to get super busy again. I
was just talking a minute ago about being slow and
finding that side Gigan. I'm starting to get super busy again.
So maybe you're somebody who's been sitting on the sidelines

(20:55):
and waiting for an opportunity to jump back into real estate,
whether it's per just sing a home for yourself or
maybe an investment property, or rent out or airbnb, those
kind of things. Get in touch numbers. Maybe that didn't
work for you maybe three or four months ago. We
got new numbers now. And I'm also getting a lot

(21:15):
of people getting in touch about the home equity line
of credit, which is fantastic if you're somebody that's got
that great low interest rate on your first mortgage, but
you're looking for something you know to pay off some
maybe credit cards, car loans, student loans, those kinds of
things you want to keep the great first mortgage. Get
in touch because we've got a great home equity line

(21:36):
of credit which you can get approved for in five minutes.
There's no appraisal required, you can close in five days,
and that equity line can work for a primary home,
a secondary home, or even on an investment property. So
if that's something you might be interested in with these
rates coming down, send me an email to James L.

(21:56):
Paris at gmail dot com. James at gmail dot com.
So the latest on Biden is he's making this like
he's on this book tour now now that he I
say book tour in quotes. He doesn't have a book out.
I'm sure he will. I'm just calling it a book tour,
but he's out there now because he's not campaigning. His

(22:20):
campaign is now all about supporting Kamela. But then he
started this what I would call an insincere effort to
make changes to the Supreme Court, putting some kind of
a term limit of like eighteen years on a Supreme
Court justice. And then he wants to pass some new
amendment to the Constitution called no One is Above the

(22:41):
Law Amendment. And they're running with this whole narrative that
the Supreme Court decision that they made a few weeks
ago means that a president could use Seal Team six
to kill his opponent and not be prosecuted. These people
are nuts. There's nothing in that decision that says that,
absolutely doesn't say that. It simply points out that as president,

(23:06):
if you're operating within within the boundaries of your presidential
authority and there's any question, you're given the benefit of
the doubt and you shouldn't be prosecuted for it. And
that applies, you know, for example, to you know, President
Trump had the right to question the election and question

(23:26):
you know, what was happening at the time because he
was president. And this whole idea of him being responsible
for you know, so called like you know, inciting a
riot or sedition or any of these charges on January
sixth is ridiculous. It really is ridiculous. He never encouraged violence,

(23:47):
never never said it, in fact said the opposite of that,
and this ruling should not only get rid of all
of his charges, but hopefully we're going to see some
of these January sixth political prisoners released. And I'm not
talking about those that went in and sprayed paint and
damaged and were violent. Those people should go to jail.

(24:09):
I don't disagree with that, But there are people in
jail now who simply walk through an open door. Nobody
was telling them they couldn't go in. They walked in,
they took some pictures or video, walked around, and now
they're in jail. That could have been me, because had
I been there and I considered going, I would have
done that very thing. I would have walked through an
open door and taking pictures or video, and I'd probably

(24:32):
be in jail right now, which is where many many
people ended up just for taking pictures. All right. Trump
pledges to start what they're calling a US Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
This is interesting to me because there has been talk

(24:54):
about mainstream, you know, big first world countries using bitcoin
as currency. Now we've got some third world countries doing
that in Central America and it's boosted their economy some,
but that's because their you know, currency is so weak.
But the idea of the US, the granddaddy of all

(25:17):
the countries in terms of our financial prowess, for US
to start accumulating bitcoin as a country, this is pretty
cool and really excites me about cryptocurrency. And that was
announced at a recent bitcoin conference in Nashville. So that
is huge news. If that were to happen, that the
US government would be starting to build a uh, you

(25:40):
know reserve of cryptocurrency, you know, specifically bitcoin. Boy, wouldn't
that add credibility? And also you know supplying demand? Right,
If the government is stockpiling bitcoin, that's going to put
more pressure on hot on the price of bitcoin and
just move it even higher. And then we'll close it
out with this this week interesting story and I got

(26:01):
a lot of different feedback on this. In Kasimi, Florida,
which is near Disney World, they are considering allowing people
to convert their garages into affordable housing units. Now this
might sound crazy on the surface of it, but if

(26:23):
you look at what rents are now, I don't know
how people are doing it. I'm a single man. I'm
presently renting. I live in a small where I live.
It used to be a hotel. It was like a
five star hotel, but now it's converted to condos. So
I live in a really nice place for not a
lot of money. But if you're a family and you're

(26:46):
going out there trying to find a place to rent,
I mean in these garages, people are saying, well, I
could turn my garage into like an additional source of
income to offset my mortgage payment. And then there are
people that maybe they're just this you know, older couple
or single person, or maybe somebody that's you know, just

(27:07):
has one child and they can't find anywhere to live
that they can afford. Garages could be turned into these
additional living units. Now, I got a lot of mixed
feedback on this from people on my Facebook. Some people say, no,
that's going to be terrible because it's going to destroy
the neighborhood and all that. Well, the city of Kassimi,
which is a little town right near disney World that's

(27:30):
actually where Disney World is located, is in Kassimi, Florida.
The city saying, well, wait, look, what we're going to
do is require these garages to have bathrooms and showers
and a kitchen area. So they're not just going to
let people throw a rug down and then rent out
their garage. It's going to have to actually be converted
into a separate living unit. I personally don't have a

(27:53):
problem with this, and I think it's a sign of
our times. And if somebody you know owns garage, we
don't use our garages in Florida for our cars. If
you're not living in Florida and you don't know this,
drive around you'll see everybody's cars in their driveway. We
use our garages for storage mostly most of the time.

(28:13):
Like in my case, I don't think I've ever parked
my car in my garages since I've lived in Florida
and owned many different houses. So the garage is kind
of like this, you know, empty space, and a lot
of people are now converting garages into man caves and
doing other things with them. So why not let people

(28:34):
convert their garage into a living area. I'm all for
like what the city of Kassimi is saying, which is, hey,
this has got to be like a livable space. You
got to have shower in there and a toilet, and
you've got to have a kitchen, and it's got to
have like maybe its own separate entrance and all that.
And I'm good with it. So I'm curious what people

(28:55):
think about that, you know, agree or disagree. I'd love
to hear from you on that. James Lparis at gmail
