Janine teaches individuals and organisations strategies to improve mental health, wellbeing, manage stress and eradicate anxiety. She is a trained advanced clinical hypnotherapist, NLP and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)/ Tapping practitioner.

Prior to running her own business, she experienced years of being in one of the most stressed out jobs. She ended up burnout, her mental health suffered severely.

Then major changes transformed her life, a complete shift in mindset, as she discovered life changing techniques like EFT Tapping. She is a leading authority in this area and has guided hundreds of others to the path of transformation.

Janine is also the creator of The Executive Code™. She is originally from the UK but is now based in Bangkok, Thailand.
