Being in the room matters

This podcast will change the way you do ministry if you heed Gerald Brooks’ advice: “Being in the Room Matters.”  This month, Pastor John Nuzzo gives an account of how following this advice has changed the trajectory of his life and ministry.  He explains how his intentional choice to be in a room with other leaders repeatedly led from one meeting to another, and each leader held a piece of the puzzle that he had no idea they held.  Amazing things happen when you are “in the room.”   

It was never convenient; he did not have time; but he was intentional about connecting with leaders who were ahead of him in their season of life and ministry.  The outcome was incredible.  Put yourself in the room with people and take people with you who could not get into the room themselves.  When you do this, you will accelerate the next generation.  When you are absent from the room, part of God’s voice is absent from your life.
