As novas diretrizes para o financiamento de imóveis do programa Minha Casa Minha Vida começaram a valer nesta sexta-feira (2). As mudanças visam beneficiar famílias com renda mensal de até R$ 4.700, oferecendo juros mais baixos e prazos estendidos para facilitar a aquisição da casa própria. O valor máximo dos imóveis financiáveis agora varia entre R$ 255 mil e R$270 mil, dependendo do tamanho da cidade. Segundo o governo federal, as mudanças devem injetar mais de R$ 100 bilhões na economia neste ano.
