10/12/2025 | 1ª Edição: Câmara aprova projeto que reduz pena de Bolsonaro, e texto vai para o Senado
A Câmara dos Deputados aprovou durante a madrugada desta quarta-feira (10) o projeto de lei que reduz penas e beneficia o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro. O texto agora será analisado pelo Senado. A proposta altera trechos do Código Penal e da Lei de Execução Penal, permitindo progressão mais rápida no regime prisional. No caso específico de Bolsonaro, a pena seria reduzida significativamente.O projeto também afeta outros condenados pelos atos ocorridos em 8 de janeiro. Atualmente condenado a 27 anos e 3 meses, a nova legislação poderia reduzir a pena do ex-presidente para 13 anos com apenas dois anos e quatro meses em regime fechado.Veja também que a Câmara pode votar ainda nesta quarta-feira (10) os processos de cassação dos mandatos dos deputados Glauber Braga (PSOL-RJ) e Carla Zambelli (PL-SP). Zambelli enfrenta acusações relacionadas à invasão ao sistema do Conselho Nacional de Justiça enquanto Braga é acusado por agressão dentro da própria Câmara.
