Today we will be hearing the experience, strength, and hope of a alcoholic who is 32 years sober, Bill M. You will quickly come to love his hard Boston accent and the honest manner in which he shares his story. Step 3 is the step that every single person I have interviewed so far has come back to as a hinge pin in their recovery, and as such, I have decided to interview 2 people about Step 3 so, there will be 2 episodes again this week. The next one, with Kastle, will be released on Thursday, January 23rd. Step 3 reads, “Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood him”. Step 3 truly is THE decision step. Step 3 Prayer: God, I offer myself to Thee- To build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy will. Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of life. May I do Thy will always!
