Welcome to Episcopal Divinity School’s new podcast mini-series: Leading Voices: EDS at General Convention. In today’s episode, EDS Interim President the Rev. Dr. Kelly Brown Douglas is joined by Bishop Sean Rowe from the Diocese of Western New York & Northwestern Pennsylvania. Together, they discuss the role of institutions in igniting broader change, the evolving landscape of theological education, and the importance of adapting to new ways of carrying forth God’s mission. The Rt. Rev. Sean W. Rowe was ordained bishop of the Diocese of Northwestern Pennsylvania in 2007 and became bishop provisional of Western New York in 2019.
