She is certified in special education with post-graduate coursework and professional development in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Social Thinking, and Collaborative & Proactive Solutions and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). Judith created Just Education, LLC to compile a free resource library for mentors of students who struggle on a wide variety of topics that are all related to education and student success.
About Cheryl Galloway
Cheryl Galloway has more than ten years experience in school administration focusing on the core areas of school safety, crisis response, community and government relations, facilities use and sustainability. Prior to joining Facilitron, she began a career in education teaching 8th grade English before serving as the Energy Ed Specialist, the Emergency Operations Center Director, and Safety and Security Coordinator for the Gilroy Unified School District (GUSD). Cheryl created and trained all staff on the district’s comprehensive school safety plan and coordinated multiple active shooter and disaster drills involving the district’s public safety partners. As coordinator of GUSD’s facility use program, Cheryl streamlined community use—successfully curbing abuse, updating facility use policies and increasing revenue.
