Jane is the recipient of the Marshall Goldsmith 50 Leading Global Coaches Award as the #1 Coach for Cultural Fluency. On April 30, 2024, she released her third book, “Leadership Toolkit for Asians: The Definitive Resource Guide for Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling.” Jane is the best-selling author of Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling and a co-author of FLEX - The New Playbook for Managing Across Differences.
