Grief is perfectly described as a roller coaster or even a big wave in the ocean. No matter how many times you have experienced either one of those things, you are never prepared. But all you can do is buckle up or stand tall and hold on for the ride. Today, for the first time in a while I shared what has been on my heart. In hopes to realize that I truly am not alone in this season of my life. But to also share with my podcast family & "Vent" if you will about the struggles I have been facing. I am not sure what or when the next episode will be. But I promise I am working on myself and trying to get back to the fun & light hearted content you all love.
