God talks to sinners about salvation. He talks to believers about the sin. What God wants to do is instruct us in the area of immorality in the church. Immorality translates as loose living. In I Corinthians 6:18 Apostle Paul said to "flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." Abstaining from sexual immorality has always been a commandment of God.
