Lai nu kam, bet tieši sēdoša darba darītājiem ir nepieciešama regulāra vingrošana arī darba dienas laikā. Un vēlams to darīt vairākas reizes. Par vingrošanu tiem, kas darba stundas pavada sēžot pie galda, runājam raidījumā Kā labāk dzīvot. Stāsta Sporta laboratorijas FIMS sadarbības centra sporta medicīnā vadītāja Latvijas Sporta medicīnas asociācijas prezidente Sandra Rozenštoka un fiziskās izaugsmes treneris Roberts Radičuks. Sandra Rozenštokanorāda, ka pirmais ir svarīgis saprast, ko nozīmē taisni stāvēt - nostāties pie sienas, papēži, gurni un lāpstiņas un galva ir pielikta pie sienas. Tas dod pirmo impulsu, ko nozīmē pareizi stāvēt. Ja cilvēks to var, viņš ar 20 - 30 sekundes to var izdarīt, kad ir pagājis nost no sienas. Ja dod sev tādu impulsu un atgādinājumu, cilvēks arī sēdus atcerēsies, kāda bija taisnā pozīcija. Bieži vien, strādājot pie datora, cilvēki uzrauj plecus, tas raisa daudzas problēmas secīgi.  Lai no tā izvairītos, vienkāršākais ir nostāties taisni pie sienas un secīgi apļot abas rokas uz aizmuguri. Bet negriezties līdzi.  Vienkāršs biroja vingrojums: piecelties kājās, uzlikt rokas uz galda un iet atkaļ, cik vien tālu  iespējams. Tas izstiepj krūšu muskuļus.  Šis nav kaitīgs vingrojums. Par kaitīgu uzskata liekšanos taisnās kājās. Nostāties un nesaliecot kājas, censties aizsniegt zemi. Ja ir pārslogota jostas daļa, tas ir kaitīgs vingrinājums. Tas būtu jādara, kad kājas ir viegli ieliktas.
