I'm back at it after 5+ years. I've been through the fire. Forged by it 🔥 From finding out I wasn't actually my girl's dad 💔 to heart problems, strokes, losing my memory, speech and vision, and nearly losing my life multiple times... I thought success meant achieving more, earning more and providing more. Nearly losing everything changed that. Now, I believe the most important person I'll ever learn to lead is myself. To understand and fully accept myself. Look after my health. Be present with the people I love. And make the most of the time I have with them... because it's time I'll never get back. Lead Yourself First is about the conversations that help us do that. I'll sit down with people who've been through their own fire, understand what shaped them, what changed them, and who they've become because of it. No pretending. No having it all figured out. Just honest conversations about what it means to Lead Yourself First.
