Dopamine zorgt voor meer focus en zelfvertrouwen, maar maakt je ook blij en geeft je een goed gevoel. En melatonine zorgt dat je makkelijker in slaap komt. En dit blijken dus uit het lab onderzoek de positieve resultaten te zijn van mijn meditaties.
