I want to give you a very simple piece of advice - and that is... if you're sending out your resume and NOT hearing back from companies- then you need a stronger resume.  It's just that simple.  It's a good problem to have because it's completely FIXABLE!  If you're going after jobs that you're qualified for - but not hearing back from hiring managers or HR managers - then your resume stinks!!  You need a stronger resume. Did you know that your resume can do 3 things- 1. It can get you MORE INTERVIEWS 2.
