Experiential learning offers us a self-referencing approach to learn about how we tick inside. It allows us to eliminate the noise around us and to focus on awakening and listening to our whole self.

Notes

  • When we find ourselves regurgitating back what we learn, it has no relevance to how we experience information from or through our own truth, our body-based awareness.
  • Experiential learning builds self-trust and helps us to see through the erudite machinations of the mind. Then, we can create greater intimacy with self, others, nature and more.
  • Self-acceptance allows us to step away from living outside of our truth.
  • If we don’t recognize the mental games that we play, we can become stuck in a reality that we don’t like or really believe in.
  • Shamanic work is self-referencing, while in collaboration with nature or allies.
  • Helping people to shift perspectives is a cornerstone of intuitive readings. Being curious invites us to see things differently and to embrace change.
  • Experiential learning helps us to awaken and integrate more fully who we are in this world.
