She has been helping women and sometimes men in their confidence building originally as part of her Human Resources job while she lived in L.A. for two years. When she relocated to Dubai with her business partner was when her own version of the business was launched. And that has been going on for over a year.
This means she was able to create a job where she got paid as to only doing this non-paid working for a non-profit organization.
