This week Dave sat down with one of his former coaches at Croga CrossFit, Nick Ralston to chat about self identity and how changing the way he sees himself has allowed him to use fitness to experience the world.
On the outside, Nick is a big, strong, athletic looking dude that is ex-military, but in this podcast you’ll come to learn that he’s also an intellectual who is well smart, well spoken and loves to explore ideas and experience the outdoors.
Nick’s unique point of view and experience with self reflection and decision to go to the opposite end of the fitness spectrum from what his DNA is coded for so that he can experience the world really make you think hard about what you’re doing, why and what things you might be interested in that you’ve never done before or have shied away from.
