Un estudio titulado "Diez ideas para un mundo académico más amigable para las madres". Impulsado por científicas que también son madres, en el que participa personal de la Universidad de Alicante y la Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche (Alicante), ha propuesto distintas medidas para evitar el abandono de la carrera académica tras la maternidad.
El artículo está liderado por la investigadora del Departamento de Ecología de la Universidad de Alicante, Esther Sebastián-González, con quien conversamos. Un trabajo publicado en la revista PLOS Computational Biology y que ha contado con la colaboración de distintas universidades e institutos de investigación de España.
