Tarik Skubal’s final line included 6 earned runs, with only one of the runs being earned. Nick Kurtz hit a two-run homer to add to the Athletics lead as the Detroit Tigers have now lost two in a row. Detroit Tigers will look to bounce back in game two of the series tomorrow.
