Tennessee Titans Cam Ward SHINES in Preseason Debut, Calvin Ridley Cooks & Defensive Issues Show Up

The Tennessee Titans lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their first preseason game of 2025, but the night was a success after Cam Ward had a good day, especially on his second drive of the night. The connection with Calvin Ridley was fully on display and it was electric, but the offensive line gave Cam time to make plays and that may be the most encouraging thing. On defense, the Titans were concerning. Areas like interior defensive line and cornerback looked rough, but they were missing their top player at both spots. Finally, we saw an injury to Tyjae Spears and got an update on T'Vondre Sweat, but overall the Titans were lucky to get out of Tampa with no major injuries.
