Los componentes de Memocracia aprendieron a crecer y a tocar juntos desde cero. Diez años después se presentan como una banda consolidada y acaban de publicar su nuevo trabajo, un EP llamado Rabia & Ternura que viaja de la calma a la ferocidad en cuestión de segundos. Con esas nuevas canciones reflexionan sobre los opuestos y buscan su identidad como banda a partir de esas ideas: no se consideran modernos, pero tampoco punkies. Con el paso de los años se han dado cuenta de que esas dicotomías son una parte esencial del grupo. A nivel sonoro, este EP busca recordar a bandas que los de Burgos tienen como referentes, como Fugazi o Turnstile.
