Can working with Sacred Geometry help you unlock the secrets to your spiritual evolution? Gail and Gregory Hoag have been studying and working with Sacred Geometry for decades and in this episode highlight what they’ve learned and the tools they’ve created to help your personal evolutionary journey. We also discuss their new book Sacred Geometry: The Universal Language of Divine Alignment

The Hoags, revered leaders, speakers and teachers, are revealing how the universal patterns displayed in sacred geometry play a foundational role in the evolution of consciousness. There is magic in how they met, in how they brought their individual gifts and wisdom to a marriage that advanced this knowledge into the world. They have dedicated their lives to making Sacred Geometry accessible to all. And to using their knowledge to inspire a more peaceful, harmonic world.

In this episode, Gail and Gregory discuss:

  • What Sacred Geometry is
  • How Sacred Geometry can expand your sense of self and connection
  • Resonance and relationship within the universe
  • Consciousness and geometry
  • Ways Sacred Geometry can enhance your life
  • Sacred Geometric tools
  • The Hoags offerings

Wendy (00:02):
You're listening to Lucid Cafe. I'm your host, Wendy
Halley. Hey there. Thank you forjoining me for another episode

(00:34):
of Lucid Cafe. A podcastexploring healing, consciousness
and the complexities of beinghuman.
I want to start with a quickupdate about how things are
coming along with the creationof the introductory shamanic
online course, Become Your OwnShaman. That's a lot of words!
I'm happy to report that I'm infull throttle content creation

(00:55):
mode and have so far completedthe first 4 videos. The first 1
was the toughest because of thelearning curve, and because I've
never been a fan of being onvideo, which is why this is an
audio only podcast. I'm gettingover myself, though.
If all goes well, I'm hoping thecourse will be released as
promised later this summer. Toreceive updates, please

(01:19):
subscribe to my newsletter. I'llinclude a link in the show
notes. Alright. So in thisepisode, I speak with Gail and
Gregory Hoag about sacredgeometry.
They've been studying andworking with sacred geometry for
decades now. In ourconversation, Gail and Gregory
share their perspectives andknowledge of some pretty big

(01:39):
concepts, as well as informationfrom their new book, Sacred
Geometry, The Universal Languageof Divine Alignment. Gregory
Hogue is a scientist, a bestselling author, and artist, and
has researched sacred geometryand consciousness for 47 years.
Following a major spiritualawakening in 1982, he started

(02:00):
creating energetic tools throughmeta forms, which provides
transformative tools to fosterspiritual evolution and the
expansion of Source. He'srecognized as 1 of the leading
experts on sacred geometrictechnologies for improving
health, raising consciousness,reducing stress, manifesting
intent, and clearing emotionaland electromagnetic

(02:23):
interference.
Gail Hoag is a healthconsultant, an accomplished
artist, spiritual adviser, andbusinesswoman. Her study of
light, color, and energy inmotion in her paintings launched
a deep understanding forcreating transformative fields
to expand consciousness.Developing her intuitive gifts

(02:43):
as an artist, healer andspiritual counselor, she has
assisted many people to embracelife more fully. Gail has also
served as a business consultantand team building trainer in
corporations. Gail was an avidstudent of R.
Buckminster Fuller and knew theintrinsic value of sacred
geometry when she and Gregorymet in 1985 and they founded

(03:05):
Metaforms, realizing theirlife's mission to bring sacred
geometric energy tools to theworld. Please enjoy my
conversation with Gail andGregory Hogue. Thank you both so
much for joining me today.

Gail (03:23):
You're very welcome. It's a pleasure to be here.

Gregory (03:26):
Yeah. We're looking forward to it. It's going to be
fun.

Wendy (03:30):
I am very intrigued by the topic of sacred geometry,
and I don't know much about it.So the 2 of you have released a
book recently called SacredGeometry: The Universal Language
of Divine Alignment. And so Iwanna dive right in because I
don't think I'm alone in myignorance about sacred geometry,

(03:51):
although it seems to be slippinginto the zeitgeist more and
more, I'm hearing more and moreabout it. Mhmm. Can we start
with a really basic question?
And whichever 1 of you wants toanswer or or if you wanna take
turns or if you wanna armwrestle over who's gonna answer,
whatever you want, whatever youwanna do.
How would you describe whatsacred geometry actually is? How

(04:13):
do you talk about it?

Gail (04:14):
Wonderful. Let yeah. Let's get started with sort of more of
a an easy view, something thatyou can step into and those of
you who have not really hadfamiliarity with sacred geometry
can enter into this dialoguewith us. And the reason that it
seems like even though you maynot know much about it but it

(04:36):
seems familiar is because it is.It's the way that universe is
created.
And when we are out lookingaround, whether we're walking on
a path and we're seeing theflowers, the trees, all the
different patterns that naturebrings in front of us, the
sounds, the way that the windblows, all of that is based on

(05:02):
sacred geometry. Sacred geometryis kind of like the organizing
principle of the way energycomes into this physical
dimension. You know, we startout as just pure energy,
formless energy. And in orderfor it to create itself in

(05:22):
certain very repetitive ways, there has to be order and
precision and consistency. Andeven though sometimes we look at
it in our world and go, woah.
This is some kind of randomcrazy world.

Wendy (05:38):
Right.

Gail (05:39):
Indeed, what's really out there is an extraordinary
precision of organization. Andwhat we've really discovered in
our work and what we put in isthat there are archetypes. There
are ways that the universe isgoing to continuously evolve

(06:02):
itself, grow itself. And thedynamic is so brilliant that
every single tree and branch andflower and human body and
personality can be different yetcome from the same principles,
the same organization. And sothere is this evolutionary

(06:25):
quality with sacred geometry.
And the ancestors, the elders, understood this. They recognized
that they could create certainstructures and people could come
into these structures whetherthey were things like pyramids,
Mayan temples, cathedrals, whatever, that they could build

(06:47):
in such a manner that peoplewould then be more able to
connect to the higher realms ofwho they are. So we're not just
talking about our physicaldimension here. We're talking
about connecting us with all thevarious dimensions of who we
are. And sacred geometry isamazing for as we use it in our

(07:12):
lives, it is that way ofconnecting us to the the soul of
who we are, the higherdimensions of who we are.
And we live in a world withextraordinary distractions.
There's so much going on andthere's so many different things
that are sort of the antithesisof connection. And what we've

(07:37):
been working with with SacredGeometry for close to 40 years
is using these principles, theseorganizing ways to be able to
develop tools that supportpeople in maintaining and
reconnecting to all of who theyare. Okay.

Wendy (07:57):
So I would love to ask some clarifying questions. If
you could hang on a second,Gregory, because I have a
feeling you'd like to chime intoo. Yeah?

Gregory (08:05):
Sure. But she isn't leaving me a lot to say.
She's covered it pretty well.

Wendy (08:08):
Oh, okay. Oh, she covered it pretty well. Alright.

Gregory (08:10):
I like that.

Wendy (08:12):
What I wanted to clarify or see if I understand correctly
is, are you talking aboutarchetypal shapes when you refer
to archetypes?

Gregory (08:21):
More than shape. I mean, we're talking about it.
They are number, rhythm, cycle, all different types of measure
and geometry. So you're going tosee that things like 360 degrees

(08:41):
in a circle has to be 360degrees in order for it to work
with everything else in the waythat a square has 360 degrees.
So you're working with theaspect of the circle, which is
God, the universe, being asabove so below with square,

(09:06):
which stands for the earth, andthey're both 360 degrees.
There's resonance. There's aharmonic there. And wherever
there are similar numbers, you're going to find flows of
energy. Because as I think weall start to understand, if we
want to bring certain thingsinto our life, we have to shift

(09:32):
our frequency to attract it. Youknow, a higher vibrational
frequency will attract somethingof a higher vibrational order.
And the reason that works isbecause that's the way universe
works. So we're talking aboutthings like the diameter of the

(09:55):
moon, for example, is 2, 160miles. Now if you look at the
square being on 6 sides, itforms a q. And that q is the
symbol for earth. And it alsohas 2, 160 degrees.

(10:19):
And even though that's degreesand the moon is in miles,
there's a resonance. And thenyou look at time, and when you
start working with zodiacalages, that is we're just leaving
the age of Pisces, moving intothe age of Aquarius, and an age

(10:43):
is 2, 160 years. So you see overthese different mediums, working
with time, working with space, working with measure, we have
the same harmonic number. Andthis goes on all over the

(11:05):
universe. You can start seeingrelationships like this.
And when we bring thoserelationships into structures in
our lives that we can touch andphysically relate to, what
starts to happen is thatresonance that is embodied by

(11:28):
the numbers, the shapes, thedimensions, the kinds of
materials, the atomic structure, the molecular structure, all of
these elements start comingtogether. And when it's done
properly, energy starts moving. And I think this is really what
makes geometry sacred is when itstarts moving energy from other

(11:56):
dimensional realities, from thehigher aspects of who we are,
from the level of soul into thisphysical life. So it starts
creating relationship beyondthis little character. I mean,
we're so used to working withjust a three-dimensional

(12:17):
character that is born and isgoing to die someday, And yet,
we're told there are eternalparts of this, like that part
that's soul, that part thatstarts to relate to everything
else in its eternal nature.

(12:39):
And by working with theseaspects of sacred geometry, the
building blocks of everything,When you bring the right
building blocks together, youcan start creating a
relationship between yourphysical character, your
physical body, and your mentaland emotional body, and

(13:04):
everything else that exists. Soit starts expanding your field
of connection and your field ofrelationship.

Wendy (13:14):
Okay. You both said a lot of things. There's a there's a
lot there. It's like there's somany different areas that I
wanna dive into. So just to makesure I'm understanding you, it
seems like there's a anorganizing principle

Gregory (13:31):
Mhmm.

Wendy (13:31):
That's one of harmony?

Gregory (13:34):
Mhmm. It works, yes, in the sense that energy flows
through resonance.

Wendy (13:41):
Mhmm.

Gregory (13:42):
It's like when you have a c tuning fork and then you
play a c tone, you can do it insuch a way that that c tuning
fork starts to vibrate becausethere's resonance. And even
though we all look a littledifferent, when you get down to

(14:04):
the basics of how every humanbeing today is made, inside, we
are all very much the same.Inside we all very much feel
many of the same things and havemany of the same desires and
wants. And we overlook thoserelationships to each other,

(14:27):
which is causing separation. Butwhen we start finding the things
that unite us, which just theway the body's constructed.
In our book, we have over 72images just because it helps to
see this stuff and see that ifyou take the measurement, for

(14:50):
example, from my middle finger, the first digit to the whole
finger is in a relationshipcalled the phi ratio, which is
1.6180339. It's it keeps goingforever. It's an infinite

(15:10):
progression. However, ingeometrically, it can be defined
right here as the way my fingergrows. And my finger to my whole
hand is in that samerelationship.
My hand to my elbow is in thatrelationship. My head to my

(15:32):
navel to my feet. And you can goon and on just with this
physical body or with animalbodies or with plants. Anything
organic and growing works withthis particular relationship.
And guess what?

Wendy (15:53):
What?

Gregory (15:53):
When you take what? Good. I like you. You're gonna-
Yes. What!?
Okay. When you take the diameterof the moon at 2, 160 degrees,
and you add it to the diameterof the earth, you get a certain

(16:14):
number 10, 080. And when youturn that into degrees, you get
a geometry that is made up of anicosahedron and a dodecahedron
that dance together in this samephi ratio. So you have a

(16:34):
geometry that is generated bythe moon and the earth in their
relationship to each other thathas been going on for eons, that
is generating the underlyingbase energy that is there for
all life, including our DNAitself follows this same

(17:00):
pattern. So if we bring thatgeometry, which I I know you
said when you saw us, you weresorry.
You weren't doing this on videobecause this geometry in between
us down here that your listenerscan't see is that geometry that

(17:22):
is resonant with the way theEarth and the moon work together
and the way our bodies work. Sowhen this geometry is spinning,
and spinning gives us arevolution, just it moves us in
a relationship with time. Andthat time then takes us into the

(17:46):
dynamic of this energy affectingour lives.

Gail (17:52):
And I thought you would be interested in knowing that that
that geometry, we call it thesphere of health. Because, you
know, one of the things that I'msure you know this is the with
the work you've been doing ishealth is really about enabling
that energy flow to workproperly, finding the balance,

(18:12):
creating the resonance with whowe are and what we want our
lives to be like here in thisdimension. And so these
relationships are reallyimportant in what this geometry
is. And so when we use itconsciously, it then brings that
frequency to us and we caninteract with it. We can work

(18:36):
with it both energetically andprojecting our intentions into
it.
And, you know, I'm gonna throwanother little another little
channel to go down with all thisAnd that is the the way that we
started out our our book, as youmay know, is the first chapter
is what is consciousness?

Wendy (18:59):
I did wanna get to that. Yes.

Gail (19:00):
Yeah. And so why did we do that? Well, there's a couple
reasons. I think 1 of thereasons is is that what we're
really interested in at thebottom of all this is the
evolution of consciousnessbecause that's what's really
meaningful. Right?
And that's what's been drivingus ever since we were little. So

(19:25):
consciousness, how's thatconnected to geometry? Right? We
think about geometry as someabstract thing that we didn't
really like that much when wehad to learn it in school. And
yet the way that the universe isconstructed is not separate from
consciousness.
It is held by consciousness. Itis the embrace. It is the

(19:49):
offshoot of consciousness. Soconsciousness is embedded in all
that we have around us. Andthat's really important not to
extract that from sacredgeometry because not only does
sacred geometry help to evolveconsciousness, but it's all

(20:10):
about it.
It's bringing that unity backtogether. How does consciousness
in its unified sense create? Andthat's really where it comes
from. And what is thatconsciousness? It's love.
So we get back down to thosevery essential building blocks

(20:31):
of who we are, what life is, whythe heck are we here.

Wendy (20:35):
So I'm gonna do my best to see if I understand what
you're saying through theshamanic lens. And so my take is
that consciousness is whereeverything begins. That's my
take at least.

Gregory (20:50):
It's source. Mhmm.

Wendy (20:52):
Yeah. And then we each have our own individual
consciousness. At least it feelsthat way when we're embodied
Mhmm. In our humanness. Let'ssay someone's consciousness has
an intention, and that intentiontranslates into the energetic
realm and starts to create formand shape and then pops out in

(21:14):
into the physical universe as atangible physical experience or
Mhmm.
Object or whatever.

Gail (21:22):
Mhmm. Mhmm.

Gregory (21:24):
In essence, because we are scaled down aspects of
consciousness, We might refer toit more as our awareness. And
our awareness is often verylimited. I mean, sometimes, if
you were to go to the dictionaryto look at consciousness, it

(21:48):
might be a form of awareness. You know, if someone is knocked
out, they are unconscious. Butit's much deeper than that.
Well, I mean, we're referring toconsciousness obviously as
source, as God, as the creativeaspect of everything. And we,

(22:08):
human beings, aremultidimensional. That means we
exist here in this 3 d physicaldimension we bump into, but
there are other aspects of uskind of like an iceberg. We're
the tip of the iceberg here inthis dimension, and the other

(22:28):
90% hidden underwater is the 90%hidden from everyone else's
view, sometimes even from ourown view. Because on these other
dimensional levels, for example,on the 4th dimension where we
have the aura, where energyfield exists around us, some

(22:52):
people can see that field, andit's full of colors.
And those colors are oftenreflective of the emotional body
of that person. So it'simportant to understand that a
lot of our emotions exist in afield around us and that the

(23:14):
main emotion that human beingscreate springs from our aspect
of being in the physical andthinking we're physical and
protecting ourselves. So itcomes from protection, which
comes down to fear. And so mostof the elements we generate in

(23:35):
the physical body are fearelements, like guilt and anger
and sadness. All of these areaspects of fear, and they
surround the physical body.
Now higher self on the realm ofsoul, on the realm of source,

(23:57):
where consciousness is totallythere in every aspect of
creation.

Gail (24:04):
Right.

Gregory (24:05):
That higher aspect, our higher self sometimes will move
energy into us. We tap into it.That's where the joy comes from.
That's where the love comesfrom. That's where our higher
self and our guidance and ourangels will say, you like that?

(24:26):
Follow it. It's like it's a wayof enticing us to do something
because we're attracted to it.And so that's happening on that
level. On another level where wecan tune in some people, the
future, the past, that's on amental level, a 5th dimensional

(24:46):
level that can be another aspectof our being that as our
awareness expands, so theawareness in this physical being
can start expanding to includemore and more aspects of
consciousness. We can grow ourlevel of consciousness and

(25:10):
evolve our level ofconsciousness.
And I think the more we discoverthat every difficulty and
disease and problem we have inthis world is where we have
blocked that flow of higherenergy. We have blocked that

(25:31):
flow of consciousness, that flowof source love into our life,
either through our thoughts, ourjudgments, the electromagnetic
frequencies that are going on inour environment, the toxins
going on in our environment, ourown negative emotions, all these

(25:55):
things are disconnecting us fromsource energy, from
consciousness, all that is.

Wendy (26:03):
Right. And I guess what you're saying is that a large
portion of us is livingunconsciously. Like, we we are
unaware. And that's that iceberganalogy you were giving in your
book and in this conversation. And the idea is to be more
aware.
Right? That's why I love theword lucid.

Gregory (26:21):
It's Right.

Wendy (26:22):
Name of this podcast, Lucid Cafe, and the name of my
business too, Lucid PathWellness. So to become more
aware that these connectionsexist all the time, then you can
have more agency in working withthem and creating more harmony
and understanding what blockagesyou have. Is that

Gail (26:42):
Well, yeah. Let let's expand that a little bit a
little bit more. Let's say youwere an ant on the ground and
you would be traveling around, you could only see a very
limited amount compared to whatwe can see when we're looking
down at an ant. Right? Now takean eagle.

(27:02):
An eagle is way up there, youknow, in the sky, and it's
circling around and it's seeingall these different things in
their own perspective with theiramazing eyesight that we can't
see. Right? So I like to look atconsciousness that way, that the
more that we expand and elevateour consciousness to these

(27:27):
higher dimensions of who we are,the more that we see, the more
we can interact with ourfrequency shifts. There's so
much more that we have to playwith in this game. Mhmm.
And I think, you know, that'sthat's really a very important
part of where we are now isstepping into this game with a

(27:50):
much higher capability ofinteracting. And then I was
thinking about as we weretalking before so at the basis,
everything's connected.Everything is really 1. So when
I'm evolving my consciousnesspersonally or you're evolving
your consciousness or you'rehelping somebody in your

(28:11):
wellness center to move to ahigher level and move outside of
the limitations that they mayhave placed in their life, then
not only is each individualevolving, but everything is
evolving. The universe isevolving.
The frequency keeps shifting. And because we live in a

(28:35):
vibrational universe and we'redealing with harmonic resonance,
everything is changing. So thegood news is we know that we
hear this from people that aswe're raising our frequency, it
doesn't really take that manypeople to shift what's going on
on this planet, which is kind ofwhere we started out at the very

(28:58):
beginning of our conversation. It doesn't take everyone. It
does take coherence, clarity, the ability to have that
resonance rise to another levelof both awareness and
consciousness.
So then, naturally, it's builtin to the formula of everything

(29:22):
that nothing is separate. And sothen everything starts to shift.
Now it also to the otherextreme, we've seen pretty dark
periods of history where Just

Wendy (29:37):
a few. Yeah.

Gail (29:38):
Yeah. Just a couple. Yeah. We we were just we were watching
this wonderful movie the othernight, the boys in the boat. It
was about a time, you know, where they were coming out of
the depression and World War 2was starting, Nazi Germany and
Hitler and blah blah blah.
And there was the energy thatwas out there, which was pretty

(29:58):
contagious. It was really rough. But when we get a hold of where
we are and how we are part ofthis eternal quality and this
this unity, then we get to bringin the ability to resonate the
whole in a different way that isgoing to shift everything. And

(30:22):
so as we're changing from thisPiscean age into the age of
Aquarius, universe is reallysupporting us. Galactically,
there are shifts happening withthe way the planets are working
and these different cycles.
I'm sure from a shamanicstandpoint, there's wonderful
elders who've talked about thistime. And it is also a time

(30:46):
where this is a planet of freewill and choice. So the more
that those of us who have thatawareness and that ability to
come together and shift intohigher dimensions, the more we
can bring in those higherrelationships.

Wendy (31:02):
Okay. So that leads me to ask the question, how can any of
us use sacred geometry to helpus better do this?

Gail (31:12):
That's been our work since we got together. 30 1 Which

Wendy (31:18):
is a lovely story, by the way. I I highly encourage folks
to to get your book also to readyour really beautiful

Gail (31:26):
Oh, thank you.

Wendy (31:26):
Met each other, how you, started your relationship all

Gail (31:29):
those years. Thank you. Thank you. It's a good reminder
that there's magic out there foreach 1 of us when we can see it
from that way of

Wendy (31:39):
how like to think so. Yes.

Gail (31:41):
Yeah. Yeah. Anyhow, so we've been really devoted to as
soon as I felt some of thesegeometries that Gregory was
walking around within a box, andI put my hand over it and I
went, woah. What is this? I canreally feel this.
With that curiosity, it waslike, well, if I can feel it,
what can I do with it? Because Ilike to be a practical person.

(32:04):
And so we started playing withit, and so it helps us
everything from meditation tohealing, higher consciousness.
And what's really at the base ofit simply is opening ourselves
to these higher dimensions thatwe've been exploring and talking
about. It's getting us connectedand realizing that we live in a

(32:27):
time where disconnection ispretty rampant out there.

Wendy (32:31):
Yes.

Gail (32:31):
And so ways that we can connect connect with each other,
connect our bodies, connect ourconsciousness to higher realms.
That's really what these thesegeometries are capable of doing.
And then Gregory, who's sittinghere with his finger on the
button wanting to just get in onthe conversation, is gonna take

(32:52):
you to the next place with this.

Gregory (32:54):
Well, you had a question on your lips ready to
ask.

Wendy (33:00):
Oh, yes. Oh, well, I was going to ask what is the it that
you're referring to, Gail? Whenwe use it to, is it a physical
shape like what you have?

Gail (33:11):
Mhmm. Yeah.

Wendy (33:11):
Behind you a a structure, or is it a a mental exercise
where you're imagining thegeometries?

Gail (33:19):
It's very physical. A lot of people when when they're
working with 2 dimensionalsacred geometry, they have to
use their thought processes toenter into it and interact with
it. When we get into the3-dimensional sacred geometry
tools that we've created, they're just like a tool that
you would use, whether it's apencil that you would use to

(33:41):
write your life story with, these are tools that are making
it easier to connect, making iteasier to meditate, making it
easier to allow your intuitionto really become active in your
life. We have things likependants, like what we're
wearing that people can't seethat are at the heart chakra,

(34:08):
that are very, very amazingbecause, well, they have 2 sides
and they're filled with sacredgeometries on the outside but
it's on the inside that we haveall these different antenna
systems that are based on whatwe've learned about sacred
geometry so that we can createthis resonance. And these are

(34:29):
amazing for just maintainingthat connection and really
driving it to a higher level.
And then we have physicalstructures like what you see
between us that are designed tobe in a healing center, a home,
an office, in our environmentsthat resonate with the

(34:50):
principles that we've beentalking about so that they bring
that energy into ourenvironment. So it reminds our
body. It it influences us justlike when you go walk in a
beautiful place in nature andyou relax and you open up and
you feel the beauty of it andthe magic starts to happen.

Gregory (35:14):
And it's important to realize that a tool is very
empowering. It's like I couldgive you a hammer that you might
pound a nail in a piece of wood, you might crack a walnut, you
might build a house, and youcould even hit your thumb in the
process, and it's not thehammer's fault. But when you're

(35:38):
done building the house, youbuilt it, not the hammer. And so
that's what I mean by we buildtools that are empowering, that
support people in the process ofevolving spiritually, evolving

(35:59):
consciously so that it makeseverything easier. It affects
the energy coming into them andthe energy coming out from them.
So for example, like Gail wastalking about the pendant she's
wearing, I had 1 grandmother saywhat I love about the pendant is

(36:21):
that my grandkids no longer runaway from me when I visit. They
crawl all over me becausethey're attracted to the energy.
And we all know that when you'rewanting to create, that when you
have an attractive energy, allof what's possible can come into

(36:44):
your sphere of influence. Andwhen you're wanting to just feel
good and the energies that arecoming in are morphed into these
higher vibrational fields, whathappens is it starts shifting
your field. You feel it in apositive way.

(37:07):
It's like something that oftencomes up is people want
something to protect them fromEMFs or all the negative
thoughts of their neighbors orwhatever. And the thing is
that's buying right into thefear process. When we look for

(37:29):
protection, we're going tocreate the need for protection.

Wendy (37:34):
It's a great point. Yes.

Gregory (37:36):
And so what we are looking at with the tools that
we build is if you raisesomeone's frequency, then that
disease, that bacteria, thatnegative thought, that aspect of
reality that's hanging out therein the lower realms can't touch

(38:00):
them because they're above it.They're above the mud just like
the lotus growing out of out ofa mucky pond. Because that
opportunity of being in adifferent energy field is there
because we've synthesized theelements in certain geometric

(38:24):
proportions and forms that aregoing to handle different
aspects of raising theirfrequency. Sometimes it's around
healing. Sometimes it's aroundthe emotional body.
Sometimes it's around justgrounding and getting your work
done or sleeping better. All ofthese aspects of being in tune

(38:49):
with a higher version ofyourself, a higher aspect of
what you can attain, It's likealmost showing it to you, and
then it's breaking old habits ofI used to do it this way, but
like Gail said at the beginning, being the being up here looking

(39:10):
down at the ants, you're giventhat higher perspective. You're
given a 4th, 5th, 6th, 7thdimensional perspective going,
oh my god. This is what wasgoing on in the world with me,
and I can see it in relationshipto everything else so much

(39:31):
easier. And when I say that anddo that, man, am I being an
idiot.
I don't wanna be an idiotanymore. You know? It's like we
can tell little kids whenthey're doing something wrong,
but if someone tells us, it'slike, hey, get off it. Who are
you to say anything to me?Because our ego says it's all

(39:55):
bristly.
But little by little, as we feelthat love inside and we can see
that, it starts letting the egojust kind of take a breath. It
really doesn't wanna do all thework it's doing just to keep us
in a survival mode. It's nice totake a break and be carried by

(40:19):
in the arms of of universallove.

Wendy (40:23):
Okay. Again, I just wanna make sure I understand. So by
having a tool, a sacred geometrytool that will help expose you
to higher dimensional aspects ofyour being. I'm imagining it's
not just like 1 and done. Like,I I have this object.
Now I'm good. I imagine becauseif it was that easy that we'd be

(40:47):
covered with pendants. Right? And and but if I'm understanding
you correctly, but we still havethese fears and doubts and
blockages in our essence. WhatI'm wondering is, does being
exposed to these higherfrequencies my understanding of

(41:07):
harmonics is that when you bringharmony, when it bumps up
against disharmony, which Iwould describe as unpleasant
emotions or negative thinking ora blockage of some sort

Gregory (41:20):
Mhmm.

Wendy (41:20):
That in order for the blockage or the disharmony to
come into harmony, that it hasto kind of express itself in a
way, almost like a detoxexperience. In other words, it's
just not gonna magically goaway. Right? It's it has to go
through some sort ofmetamorphosis.

Gail (41:39):
Mhmm. Mhmm.

Gregory (41:40):
And we have to do the work. It's like it can bring it
into the light. That's ametaphor that's often used. So
much of what doesn't work insideof us, it gets away with it
because we don't recognize it.We don't look at it.
We don't deal with it. And thismakes it much easier and much

(42:05):
clearer for us to get into itand work with it.

Gail (42:10):
So I love where we are in this conversation because it's
really really importantquestions that you're posing.
And that is that we're not hereto be like turning on a light
switch. Sometimes you're on,sometimes you're off. We are
evolving. So what does evolutionmean?
You know, whether when you lookat it just like in a plant, and
you see a plant coming up fromthe seed and beginning to put up

(42:33):
their little shoots and then, well, it takes a while before
they can be able to be matureenough to bear fruit and then
for the fruit to ripen. Right? And then after that, then things
start to go into their cycle ofrebirth and wherever else
they're going. So everything iscycle. So the same thing with

(42:56):
how we heal, what experiencescome into our life.
It's not like all of a suddenyou're gonna wear a pendant and
everything in your entire lifeis going to be perfect. That's
just not what this planet isabout. It's not, I believe, what
we signed up for as souls cominginto this planet. My belief is

(43:19):
is that we came here to evolve. We evolved through our
experiences.
We evolved through recognitions. And sometimes we evolve through
some really rough things thathappen, and hopefully, we get to
shine that light on it to thepoint where we see it and go,

(43:41):
oh, that's amazing what I'mlearning here, and we're
grateful for it instead of inmajor resistance to it. So the
process is very rich, and each 1of us goes through it in our own
unique ways depending on, Ibelieve, what our soul really

(44:03):
has designated for us so that wecan make the most out of it,
then we get to interact withthat and see, well, where are we
gonna take it? You know, are wegonna just, like, go a little
way? Are we gonna really go forit?
So there's always more. There'snever, like, 1 answer. There's

(44:25):
different recognitions. There'sdifferent ways of viewing what's
going on until we keep comingfrom another and another and
another perspective until itseems like it really makes
sense. And I think with thehealing process, there gets to
be a point where there's enoughrecognition, there's enough

(44:50):
shift that the vibration canraise and the healing process
really starts to engage.
And the more that we stay withit, we give it respect and
credence for what it is, thefurther we can take it.

Wendy (45:04):
I'm curious about how you both work with folks and teach
them. I mean, obviously, you'vewritten this very detailed book
with a lot of great information.Do you do workshops to teach
people how to use these tools, these sacred geometry tools, or
are you teaching people how tomake the tools? How do you work

(45:27):
with folks?

Gregory (45:28):
Well, bottom line, we do videos now and then classes
where we share a lot of thismaterial, And that became seeds
for our book, which is sharingmore of the material. And so we

(45:50):
are constantly bringing throughnew things and new
understanding. And I'm sure asmuch as we thought that this
book was going to be an end. There's going to be more books.
There's going to be moreinformation getting out there

(46:11):
because that's what people areasking for.
And in the background, we'rerunning a business where we're
making these tools. And it isn'tlike, okay. We get this 1
figured out, and then it's done. It's perfect. There are certain
ones like a motor that we'rebuilding, and I say that we are.

(46:36):
And we've been selling it foryears, but it keeps morphing,
slightly changing. So theelements that we're working
with, you know, they have theirown flowering and their own
growth cycle. And I know for mepersonally, I in going through

(46:56):
writing the book, I learned somuch because I was open to
information coming through me. Iwas open to working on my
character that had a hard timewriting. And I had to and so
that's when it presented itself.
Okay. You gotta deal with this,or we're not gonna have a book.

(47:20):
I mean, that's Gail talking tome. That was real. Yeah.
It was real.

Gail (47:25):
It was really it was kind of a cute story, but it wasn't
cute before that when I can justsit down and write and it's
easy. And so I'd be doing thatand then Gregory would be
sitting at his computer and, Imean, he'd be engaged for, like,
the whole day. And at the end ofthe day, I'd say, do you have
something for me to edit? And hewould say, well, it's not enough

(47:48):
yet. And I'd say, well, how muchdid you write?
Well, I wrote about a paragraphand a half. And I was like You
wrote it

Gregory (47:56):
might have been more.

Gail (47:56):
Might have been 2 paragraphs.

Gregory (47:58):
Bottom line, the whole thing is

Gail (48:00):
Yeah.

Gregory (48:01):
But that we did resolve the issue.

Gail (48:03):
And here's what it was. And this is important because
it's part of the process. Andthat was okay. So we sat down
and and really, veryrespectfully, honestly, tuned
in. It's like, what's going on?
But it's not about makinganybody wrong, but it's saying
there's something here that'snot really connecting yet. What

(48:25):
do we need to get to? And we dida session really working with
our guides. We've been workingwith our guides from the very
get go and before we even gottogether, bringing in that that
knowledge so that he could makethe shifts. I could make the
shifts with him so that whateverit was that he was holding on to

(48:47):
didn't have that same energeticcomponent anymore.
And that's part of the healingprocess as I'm sure you know
too. You go through a sessionwith somebody and you help them
recognize 1 of the things thatthey've been holding on to that
are restricting them from beingable to take those next steps in
their life. And so it was verymuch a part of our process too.

Gregory (49:11):
And so that's the fun thing of all of this. It's a
constantly evolving process. We're all in. And when it's
relevant, that little thing, that little dust bunny hidden in
the corner finally becomes seen, and you go, okay. It's important

(49:32):
to deal with this now because ofwe have a book to write.
So when we commit to thesethings, it's really wonderful
what universe starts doing is itcomes forward and says, okay.
You're committing. Your intentis there. Your focus is there.

(49:53):
We're going to help you getthere.
And, oh, by the way, you have anissue that's an impediment that
needs to be dealt with. And solife goes. And it's a wonderful
process when we are supported bywe talk about our guidance. And

(50:16):
our guidance has gotten strongerthe more we've worked with these
tools. I mean, very early on, Iremember connecting with some of
the archangels.
I have some strong connectionswith some of them. And someone
was doing a channeling ofArchangel Zed Kiel, so I was all

(50:37):
excited and said, okay. I wannatalk to you about some of these
new geometries I'm creating. Andthe energy came through and
said, this was maybe 25, 30years ago or something. And the
energy said, you already have alot of wonderful tools.
You should start using thembefore you ask your next

(51:00):
questions. It's almost likekarma is not appreciating what
you're given and takingadvantage of it. If we are given
so much support and we go, oh,thank you, and I now want
something else, That's where wedevelop karma, which is really a

(51:22):
misunderstanding of how to workwith universe. Universe is
helping us all the time, and wesometimes see it. And very
frequently, we miss it.
And we miss the support, and sowe have to go through it again
and get supported in anotherway. Or sometimes it comes in

(51:45):
the form of things that don'tfeel so good until we finally
have to hit something so hardthat we go, oh my god. I think
maybe this isn't working for me.

Wendy (51:58):
Yeah. I think sometimes we need an anvil over the head.
Right?

Gregory (52:02):
And then we have to recognize why that anvil came
and not get really upset andsay, oh, universe, why did you
drop an anvil on my head? Andthe universe says, well, what
about the 10, 000 feathers Igave you over the last 3 years?
It's like it's time to wake upas much as we can, allow as much

(52:26):
as we can to come in to supportus in our journey.

Wendy (52:30):
Alright. So then how do people find out about these
tools that you've created?

Gail (52:37):
Well, we have a website and the website is I connect to
all dot com. And the way that'sspelled is the letter I, the
word connect, the number 2, andthe word all, all.com. And to
all of your listeners, we areoffering a free chapter of our

(53:00):
book, The First Chapter onConsciousness. So go to eye
connect all dot com slashchapter and you can download
that. And if it resonates withyou and it piques your
curiosity, then you can orderour book and you can take a look
at our tools because they're allon our website, eye connect all

(53:21):
dot com, and you can see thevarious things that we've been
doing and the YouTube videosthat we've got that we've been
doing for years.
We also have meditations thatwe've gotten up on YouTube and
it's on our website as wellwhere you'll see spinning forms,
spinning geometries as we leadyou through a guided meditation

(53:44):
so you can get a sense of whatthose geometries do for you as
you get into a relaxed state.

Wendy (53:51):
Beautiful. Alright. Well, you 2, do you have any parting
words you'd like to share beforewe sign off?

Gail (54:01):
Well, you know, I'm really enjoying having this
conversation with you, Wendy. Ireally enjoy your your interest
and your curiosity and wannathank you so much for inviting
us. And I think what's really atthe core of all of this is that
we're all being called to cometogether, find each other, find

(54:21):
our our purpose, and reallybring it together into this
unity, into this whole, andresonate this planet so that I
believe we can see shifts happenso quickly when we really are
working together and we've gotthat level of coherence going.

Wendy (54:45):
I'll drink to that.

Gregory (54:46):
Yeah. And these shifts, it's really, I think, valuable
for each of us to understandthat even though we're working
on the planet and we're workingon the whole in 1 perspective,
we're starting with ourselves. And that we can experience those

(55:10):
changes, that heaven on earth inour life right now. And all of
us face difficulties and gothrough so much. It it takes a
lot for each 1 of us toovercome.
It's like Gail was talking aboutthe movie we finished watching

(55:30):
last night. It was, on the boysin the boat, and it was based on
a true story. And they had somany difficulties where, okay,
they won the trip to theOlympics, and then the Olympic
committee said, oh, this is thedepression. We don't have any

(55:50):
money to send you. So we'regonna send an Ivy League college
because these people have moneyEven though you guys are better
and you're working class, youdon't have the money.
And so they found a way to getit. And that's the point of all
of this. It's like we all havethose things in our lives that

(56:11):
come up, and it's so importantto share that with each other so
we realize, oh, we have asimilar story. We have stuff to
work on, and we're doing ittogether. So it's so wonderful
that people can tune in to you,Wendy, and what you're sharing
with the people you interviewand realize, yeah, this is an

(56:36):
inspiration.
And to be inspired is to befilled with god, to be filled
with source, to be filled withthat power that we all have
access to, but sometimes weforget to allow it into our
bodies and our lives. And soit's an important time to

(56:57):
remember all the stuff that'sgoing on. Let's find ways that
it inspires us to be a betterversion of who we are.

Wendy (57:09):
I'll drink to that too. I think people are very hungry
right now for information likethis because I call it the
chaos. It's a challenging timeon planet Earth, and I think in
the macrocosm of what you'vebeen talking about for the
individual, it's putting us allin this uncomfortable place. And

(57:31):
when we're in uncomfortableplace, this is typically when we
start trying to find solutions, right, and try to find ways to
move back into comfort. And so alot of us are turning to
spirituality and these moreesoteric subjects to try to
understand and to manage thechallenges.
So I really appreciate both ofyou coming on and sharing all

(57:53):
the wisdom you've gained overthe years. And then again,
encourage folks to, check outyour book and your website, and
I'll put links in the show notesso folks can download that
chapter if they wanna check outthe first chapter. Just the
light topic on what isconsciousness, and and then, see

(58:14):
what else you have going onthere.

Gail (58:16):
Wonderful. Thank you.

Gregory (58:17):
Oh, thank you, Wendy.

Gail (58:19):
Appreciate that so much. Mhmm. Thank you.

Wendy (58:22):
Well, there you have it. I feel like I got a tour of the
Hoag's spiritual universe, whichas you could probably tell, was
a bit different from thespiritual universe I hang out
in. They were very sweet andpatient with me and my
ignorance, which I appreciatevery much. You'll find links in
the show notes if you'd like tolearn more about Gail and

(58:43):
Gregory's work and the sacredgeometric tools they've created
and a link to download the firstchapter of their book. So
believe it or not, this seasonof Lucid Cafe is winding down.
We have 2 episodes left. Nexttime, an exploration of the
Druid. So thank you forlistening, and I hope the rest

(59:04):
of your day is wonderful. Untilnext

Gail (59:14):
time.
