Over smaak valt niet te twisten, maar wel te praten! Wat als je reuk- en smaakvermogen zijn aangetast, of het zelfs helemaal niet meer doen? Elbrich Postma is promovendus aan Wageningen University & Research en doet onderzoek naar wat er gebeurt in de hersenen bij mensen die opeens hun reuk- of smaakvermogen verliezen, of bij wie deze sterk vermindert.
Deze aflevering van Makkelijk Praten is opgenomen in de Utrechtse Heuvelrug bij Scouting Nederland, waar Elbrich scoutingbegeleider van dienst was. Daarom hebben we het uiteraard over hoe je wetenschappelijk gezien het beste een kampbuur kan opbouwen. En over koekjes bakken in de ruimte, het belang van de maan voor een bison, het nut van je spiegel föhnen en uiteraard vele andere dingen!
