Zelfs het tegenovergestelde van materie, anti-materie, is eigenlijk ook gewoon materie. Maar dan omgedraaid in tijd, ruimte en lading. Snappie?
Vast niet, maar daarvoor hebben we dr. Jacco de Vries van Nikhef aan tafel, die zit namelijk supergoed in (de) (anti-)materie! Hij werkt samen met CERN en probeert gevoeligere sensors te bouwen voor de LHC, zodat zij nóg sneller deeltjes op elkaar kunnen laten schieten en Jacco en zijn team nóg nauwkeuriger de aanwezigheid van anti-deeltjes kunnen meten?
Is dat alles in deze tweede aflevering van seizoen twee? Nee joh! Het carnavalskoe-onderzoek uit seizoen 1 krijgt een vervolg, er wordt gesproken over artificiële intelligentie, over babyflessen van grofweg millennia oud en onze favoriete Netflix-serie passeert ook nog eens de revu. Als dát niet genoeg stof is ..(hihi)
