That voice inside your head, if it is like mine, is not always the nicest. In fact, sometimes it can be down right mean. One thing I know I struggle with is, how I treat myself.
During these times of uncertainty too often we worry about things that are outside of our control. Things we have no influence over, things we can’t change. However, if we focus on the things we can control, our thoughts, our own safety, our nutrition, our fitness,
it can put us in the correct mindset to help deal with some of the uncertainty.
One of the hardest, confusing, and most satisfying things you will do is being a dad. There is no playbook, no guideline, and it is hard sometimes. This week we talk about being a dad and some of the things I have learned and screwed up as a parent.
We all struggle, we all have doubts, we all have fights going on inside of us. In this episode of Man Minutes we talk about Fighting the Good Fight. The fight to be the best version of yourself. The fight to keep going for your dreams. The fight to keep going.
You get to determine where you want to grow. There aren’t any preset limits on your abilities, on your smarts, on anything. You can choose to grow, to get better, to work hard.
The statement “you are enough” gets thrown around like crazy in today’s day and age. I think the meaning of this statement has gotten lost…and to be honest…you aren’t enough.
On this episode of Man Minutes, we talk about how we aren’t enough and how we are asking the wrong questions....
We have all had times in our lives where stress takes us over, where it overwhelms us. Sometimes it can be a difficult thing to overcome, a difficult place to get out of.
This week on Man Minutes we talk about stress and how to deal with it.
This week’s episode, we are talking about how to start a career in law enforcement.
Each week, I get plenty of people asking me how they can get started in law enforcement. If your interested in starting a career in law enforcement as a police officer, special agent, or anything else, check out this episode.
Protecting your family is one of the most important things you can learn to do. Teaching them how to protect themselves is even more important. This week on Man Minutes we are talking about being the protector.

Life is not always sunshine, we don’t always have great days. I know for me, that I definitely have some “down in the dumps” days. One of the things I have come to realize, is that this is normal.
Everyone has those days of self-doubt. The days where things didn’t go like they should. How we handle those days is what matters.
As men, we crave authenticity…We crave real…When we can finally figure out who are authentic selves are, it makes life easier. It makes life better. And then we try and become the best version of ourselves that we possibly can. You owe it to yourself. You deserve the best version of YOU!
We all have goals and dreams, things we want to accomplish. I know I am guilty of sometimes letting those things distract from the present.
This week we are talking about staying grounded and how to not forget what that hard work and effort is supposed to be providing for you.
Sometimes it is easy to complain. To gripe about all the things that don’t work out, or all the things you don’t have. However, gratitude is much more powerful. An effort to be grateful each and every day can have a huge impact on your life.
This week on the Man Minutes we are talking about Gratitude and how to add more of it into your life.
Being a parent is one of the most rewarding things in this world. It is also one of the hardest. There are not any guidelines…any rules.
In this week’s episode, we talk about some of my parenting struggles and the things I have learned.

We all worry about what others think…sometimes some of us do it way too much. What really matters is that you prove yourself to you. That you show yourself that you are moving in the right direction. That you are becoming who you want to become.

We all want lots of things…we all want to have the dream house, the dream car, the dream relationship. We want to reap those things. But what have we sowed? Do we put in the work to get them? Did we do the work that it requires to get a big harvest?
That is what we are talking about on this week’s Man Minutes.
For More In...
We all get busy, we all get tired…however, do those things stop you from getting better. From being a better father, from being a better husband, from getting into better shape.
If you want to find an excuse you will, but taking ownership of your choices will make you better. It will set you on the right path for success. Stop making excuses.
You’ve been there, the hairs on the back of your neck stands up…You have a weird feeling in your gut...something just doesn’t seem right.
On this episode of the Man Minutes we are talking about trusting your gut, trusting your instincts, especially when it comes to safety and security.
We all want to be providers for our families. We all want to give them want they want. However, often times we focus too much on the financial aspect of providing and not the other things we can provide as men.
This week on the Man Minutes we talk about providing for your loved ones in all aspects of life.
