– Undersökningar visar att 1,3 miljoner anställda i Sverige mår dåligt på grund av bristande ledarskap, vilket är katastrof, säger Claes Linusson.

– Vi måsta skapa lärande organisationer, med bland annat erfarenhetsutbyten mellan de som möter kunden och ledningen, säger Anni Blomster i podden.
