In this episode, Randal sits down with Warren Thompson.  Warren is the Lion Fight heavyweight champ, he is a Glory kickboxing vet, he was a contestant on season 11 of the Ultimate Fighter, and he happens to be a Georgia resident who works out at the same gym as Uncle Randy.

He is also a super nice guy, and Randal had a great time chatting with him.
