I'm appalled at an article I read in the news this week that some of the top British companies have been warned that they do not have enough women in high ranking positions. And that they should hire more women to balance things out.
This is entirely discriminatory towards men. I would employ the best people for the roles regardless of what gender they are. If they are all women or all men, then so be it. What a load of utter nonsense.
