Today I decided to share my thoughts about receiving new opportunities at work. Part of me is wildly anxious about it, while the other piece of me is excited to seize the day. The trick is, we have the ability to choose to seize the day, We can choose to listen to the part of ourselves that serves us and pushes us into new territory with excitement and vigor.
