On this very special episode of Mental Maintenance, Denise & Jordan catch up with returning guests Ashley & Nicole from episode 4. Both guests catch us up on what's been going on in their lives over the past 3 years and how they are both working through their difficult issues with bulimia and severe body dysmorphia. Nicole tells us how she has got into the real estate game as a realtor here in Fairbanks and her surprising new season of her relationship with her parents. Ashley admits that she's having a very rough time after her family moved out of state and that she recently got back into therapy. Both girls have had highs and lows since the last episode was recorded but both are killing it in their own ways. Mental Maintenance is so grateful for these ladies being so brave and sharing their stories. We could all learn something from these beautiful badasses!
