Henrik Strömblad odlar ekologiska äpplen på Hallandsåsen. Han tog över sin pappas äppelodling och ställde om till ekologiskt för 12 år sen.
- Då köpte den största livsmedelskedjan allt vi fick fram, säger Henrik.
Idag oroar han sig för om han ska kunna få sålt skörden.
Hittar man ekologiska äpplen i handeln är de oftast importerade. Precis som de flesta äpplen. Tre fjärdedelar av alla äpplen importeras.
Maria Wieloch, chef för frukt och grönt på ICA Sverige, och Magnus Törnblom, presschef på Axfood, redogör för de stora livsmedelskedjornas inställning till ekologiska äpplen.
Stora volymer passar bättre in i de centraliserade systemen. Därtill har efterfrågan från konsumenter minskat.
