Pastor Spence kicks off our new mini-series on the importance of relationships within the church and how they shape our lives, particularly focusing on godly friendships. Using Ephesians 5, he highlights the necessity of walking wisely through life, prioritizing godly friendships that encourage and challenge us in our walk with Jesus. He encourages us with practical steps for fostering these relationships, such as expressing gratitude, being filled with the Spirit, and actively encouraging one another in faith. Ultimately, he calls for a deeper commitment to serving and submitting to one another, drawing inspiration from the example of Jesus, the ultimate friend who laid down His life for us.
