Finding strength in the storm. Not all who wander are lost or directionless - words from Tolkien's book, The Fellowship of the Ring, come to mind. Not all who wander are lost. Are you feeling lost, directionless, or that your compass is spinning? Are you in the middle of the world's biggest storm, unable to see the way forward or where you came from? Feeling out of balance, off, low energy??
Anytime we go through a cycle of healing, releasing, or closure, we begin a new cycle. A cycle of brand new – these are often new things we've not experienced. Before that cycle starts, there can be a gap. Some call this the void - and we are uncomfortable because this also can bring a place of unknown or the feeling of directionless. Laurie shares her insight in these wise words of not being lost but rather on a journey with purpose, goals, and outcomes. What are some tips to help you navigate a time when this storm seems too large to navigate? Listen as Laurie shares her perspective.
