داستان زندگی و ساخته شدن آثار مارتین اسکورسیزی در دهه نود، یکی از مهمترین بازههای زمانی تاریخ سینما که آثار بسیار مهم و ماندگاری در اون ساخته شدند.
اسکورسیزی در این ده سال ۶ فیلم بلند ساخت و برای آخرین بار ازدواج کرد؛ روایت ساخته شدن این شش فیلم و پرونده ویژه «رابطه اسکورسیزی با زنان» رو در قسمت ۳۳ میدنایتکست که ادامهای است بر مجموعه اسکورسیزی (قسمتهای ۱۴ و ۱۵) که در سال ۱۳۹۸ شروع شده بود.
