From John 3:18-21 comes a stunning message with a strong challenge. Pastor Jonathan sees the world as a river flowing away from God toward eternal destruction. The flow is so slow that people don’t even realize they are moving away from God and gradually deteriorating.

Our task is to turn around in the river by the grace of God to face towards God, and then bring others with us upstream toward Jesus. The flow of people in society is against our task as they continually flow downstream, and makes our efforts at helping them turn around a hard task to do. If we face Jesus and do not bring others with us or move toward Jesus, then we are also floating downstream even while looking at Jesus. We are to be “River Raiders“ and live that out every day.

The Male Room with Dr. Jesse Mills

As Director of The Men’s Clinic at UCLA, Dr. Jesse Mills has spent his career helping men understand their bodies, their hormones, and their health. Now he’s bringing that expertise to The Male Room — a podcast where data-driven medicine meets common sense. Each episode separates fact from hype, science from snake oil, and gives men the tools to live longer, stronger, and happier lives. With candor, humor, and real-world experience from the exam room and the operating room, Dr. Mills breaks down the latest health headlines, dissects trends, and explains what actually works — and what doesn’t. Smart, straightforward, and entertaining, The Male Room is the show that helps men take charge of their health without the jargon.
