We are SO excited to have very special guest Kelly Merbler joining us for this episode of Millennial Mentorship to share her wisdom with you! Kelly is a John Maxwell certified coach and strength finders specialist but she hasn't always been. After working 21 years at the same company she took the leap of faith and left the corporate world to pursue her calling (and we are so glad she did)! She shares with us what that leap of faith looked like along with her unbelievable story of how she ended up being mentored by the one and only John Maxwell, summing it up in the quote, “When your calling comes, make sure your voicemail isn’t full”. She also dives deep into strength finders with us and gives us insight into our own assessment results and what they mean.
