In dieser Folge geht es um freie selbstbestimmte Füße und Gesundheit. Ich war selbst total überrascht und dankbar, soviel über meine Füße zu erfahren. Obwohl ich mich als Medizinerin mit der Anatomie ja bestens auskenne… oder zumindest gut;-)- hat mir Jen eine ganz neue Sichtweise auf diese kleinen Wunderwerke gegeben, die unseren Körper so mühelos durchs Leben tragen. Aus ihrer eigenen Leidensgeschichte hat sie ihre Füße zu ihren Athleten gemacht und sich geheilt.
Jen ist eine wahre Wissensquelle und es macht richtig Spaß, ihr zuzuhören. Die Begeisterung ist sofort zu mir übergeschwappt und ich laufe noch mehr barfuss als vorher.
