Happy Day, Friend!
In this podcast episode I’m sharing a few of my favorite mantras, one-liners, and things to say to win the day.
The words we say to ourselves matter. Our thoughts influence our behavior, behaviors influence our actions, and actions define our life. Let’s make it matter.
Your spark in action needs to be out in the world and you can do that with a good mental framework. Reaching your goals and becoming your best self is tough stuff sometimes and with the right mind training you can awaken new layers, get into alignment with your truest self, and make a difference.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
