Happy Day, Friend!

In this podcast episode I’m talking about bridging the gap in female and male relational and communication dynamics by covering topics of emotions, embodiment, and expression with my special guest, Dr. Matt Brown. This is part 3 of a 3-part series.

Dr. Matt Brown is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, owner of Relate Therapy Houston, and co-host of the podcast The Manspace. He has been working in the mental health field for 20 years and his career has included working as a university professor, researcher, and clinician. He specializes in men’s mental and relational health and couples navigating ruptures in trust. He and his wife, Lisa, are the proud parents of three amazing daughters.
