في هذه الحلقة نتحدث عن أهم ثلاث لحظلت في يوم الطفل، تحدد من خلالها المزاج العام والطاقة لباقي اليوم. هذه اللحظات هي فرص للتواصل مع الطفل بطريقة هادئة وإيجابية لبناء معهم علاقة حميمة. إضافة إلى ذلك هذه هي أكثر ٣ لحظات بإمكان أن تتسبب لإنهيارات عاطفية لضيق الوقت أو عدم التواصل الصحيح.
الثلاث لحظات هي أول النهار عندما يصحوا من النوم، أول رجوعهم من المدرسة، واللحظات قبل النوم.
نقوم بتفصيل هذه اللحظات، ونتحدث عن الأسباب التي قد تؤدي إلي إنهيارات، ونعطي أمثال من حياتنا اليومية وما نقوم به من أشياء استباقية (بدل تفاعلية) سعدتنا على إدارة هذه اللحظة وكبف تحولت من لحظات توتر إلى لحظات هدوء وتواصل حميم مع أولادنا
