تنشئة هو مشروع مجتمعي يهدف إلى رفع الوعي بالمنهجيات الموجهة من الطفل، وبالممارسات الوالدية الواعية في العالم العربي، عبر تشجيع التواصل الفعال، من خلال العلاقات الإيجابية مع الطفل واحترامه. يعمل تنشئة على تدريب أولياء الأمور ومقدمي الرعاية للأطفال على أفضل الممارسات في مجال التربية الإيجابية والتعليم، اتنشئة جيل من المبدعين المنجين القادرين على حل المشكلات وتغيير العالم نحو الأفضل
