Robert Arthur was a former US National Champion and international competitor in ski archery, a massage therapist and instructor before he discovered network marketing 28 years ago.
Since then, he has built a team of over 22,000 distributors in 9 countries. He has earned a few million in lifetime commissions.
Currently Robert is a 1 Star Servant Leader in his company, serves on the field leadership council and has received numerous awards including the Man of the Year in 2021.
Robert also just wrote his first book, The 7 Pillars to Overcome Burnout and Create a Purpose Driven Life and Business.”
Asides from business, Robert Arthur loves the outdoors from golf, camping to competing in cross country skiing. He has his wife of 27 years. Have 2 kids and 4 grandkids.

Robert says that everything starts with believing in yourself.

Robert said, “You don’t have to have a crazy success story. Just be real and share what inspires you.”
Robert believes network marketing is about helping others.
Instead of focusing on selling, he focuses on serving.
He asks questions like, “How can I help this person? What do they need right now?”
By leading with a heart of service, Robert says people naturally want to work with you.
“When you help others win, you win too,” he explained.
Even though Robert is super successful, he’s always learning.
He reads books, listens to podcasts, and attends events to grow his skills because “The moment you stop learning, you stop growing.”
His advice is to keep improving, no matter where you are in your business.
