What’s the antidote to “senior slide?” At Montrose, it’s called the Capstone Project. Each Senior delves into a topic of her choosing, culminating in a 20-page paper and a 15-minute presentation. Associate Head of School Katie Elrod oversees the program, and celebrates each student’s success.
